PROM BOUTIQUE COLLECTION DRIVE

New and gently-used prom dresses, bridesmaid dresses and accessories (including dressy shoes, evening bags and costume jewelry) will be collected for the 21st Annual Prom Boutique.

Collection Day
Sunday, April 10 from 11:45 am to 2:15 pm at several sites across Long Island. 
Duties:  receive donations, hand out receipts, prepare gowns for transporting.
 
Set-up Day
Friday, April 15, 3 shifts 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, 12:00 to 3:00 pm, 3:00 to 6:00 pm (if needed).

Duties:  general layout, sizing and sorting dresses, and organizing accessories.
 
Distribution Day
Sat, April 16, 8:00 am to 11:30 pm, 11:30 to 3:00pm, 3:00 to 6:00 pm (clean up).
Duties:  registration, check out, refreshments, act as personal shoppers, shoes, accessories, assist in dressing rooms, neaten up racks and general clean up, do alterations, iron, break down, wrap up gowns, load donations for transport.
 
In order for us to have time to establish volunteer shift assignments, the deadline for submitting a volunteer registration form is April 1st.
