There will be a review and discussion of the 15 new Second Department Cases that were published this past month in the areas of custody, paternity, civil contempt, marital debt, nondurational & durational maintenance, separate property, enhanced earning capacity, child support discretionary expenses, expert fees, claiming dependent children on income taxes, right of first refusal on sale of marital residence, pre-retirement pension benefits, joint and survivor pension benefits, wilful failure to pay child support.
